Go and go out to eat once a week to reward yourself for getting through another week. Or when you have reached a goal treat yourself.
Rewards go a long way. It can be a motivation factor to get up each morning. Or it can be part of your routine. Look forward to your reward. Even animals love to get rewarded. It sure helps me see I love to eat, so I go and eat out once a week at a restaurant. It is a reward and tastes great.
